All deliveries require a signature.  Delivery will be made solely to the address given on your order.  Please choose an address where you know someone will be able to receive it as subsequent re-directions or re-deliveries are chargeable.

For Non UK mainland postcodes - please email us for shipping costs.

If an order is unable to be delivered by Royal Mail a card will be left  and the parcel will be taken back to your local depot.  If after 1 week you have not collected your parcel, or contacted Royal Mail to arrange an alternative delivery time/address, the parcel will be returned to us.  You will then have to contact us to re-arrange a further delivery which will be chargeable.  Please note that it can take up to 14 days for the item to be returned to us via: the Royal Mail returns system.

Royal Mail offer no specific guarantee on timescale for delivery of 1st class mail.  Should you require your order on an urgent basis, or on a specific date we would advise you to choose the next working day - courier service option.  We cannot be held responsible for delivery of items once they have been despatched.  Please bear in mind that if you require your order on an urgent basis or on a specific date then you should choose the next day option - not standard 1st class mail which is not guranteed in anyway by Royal Mail.  This is particulary relevant during periods of industrial action by Royal Mail when delivery times are greatly extended.


Next Working Day delivery service = £6.95 (UK Mainland only)
This service is a courier service and is offered as a next working day delivery service, for all orders placed before 2pm).  Please note that we do not despatch on Friday, Saturday or Sunday - orders placed on these days will be despatched on the following Monday.

If you choose the courier service option and are unavailable to accept delivery, a card will be left at the delivery address advising you that delivery had been attempted.  Two further attempts will be made at delivery, after which time the parcel will be returned to us.  Any re-delivery will then be chargeable.

Postage to Europe (Includes Ireland) :  £10.99
Postage to Rest of World: £15.99
Both European and Rest of the World deliveries are via: Royal Mail, Signature service.  Royal Mail offer no specific guarantee of timescale on delivery.

We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt, although during busy periods this will be extended. Occasionally an item may be out of stock, if this is the case you will be emailed and given the option to amend, cancel or place your order on 'back order' pending arrival of new stock.  We aim to update our website on a daily basis with individual information on stock availability for each product.

Returns and Refunds:

Whilst we hope that you will be happy with any of the products we supply we do recognise that there will be occasions when you may wish to return an item for exchange or refund.  We are happy to exchange/refund (excluding postage and merchant service fees) provided that the goods are returned to us within 7 days of receipt and are returned back to us in perfect/saleable condition in the original packaging.

Please ensure that all returns are accompanied with the 'returns note' supplied with every order.  Please state the relevant order no on all paperwork to assist us in processing the return.  We cannot be held responsible for any lost packages which are not returned to us by signed or recorded service.

You will receive your exchange or refund (excluding postage & merchant fees) within 14 days of us receving your returned order.

Perdita's Petals is part of Green Interiors Limited and uses SECPAY to process all online orders, ensuring that all your payment information is encrypted and protected.

The information you provide us with is used solely to process and despatch your order and to send you any further information regarding our own products and services.  We do not pass your details to any other 3rd party.

We work hard to ensure that all the products, images and colours represented on our website are as accurate as possible.  As many of our products are natural products there will be variations in size and colour shade.

All prices are subject to change and include VAT at 17.5%.  If a product price has changed you will be informed before your order is processed giving you the chance to amend or cancel your order.

We also reserve the right to change the terms shown on our website and it is your responsibility to read them before placing an order - by placing  your order you confirm that you have read, understood and accept the terms and conditions under which they are supplied.
